As an independent seamstress, I am responsible for the quality of my own work. If you are not satisfied with your product please contact me so we can come up with a solution. While I strive to assure all items sold are of high quality, please remember that all items are hand made and not machine made. Each piece is unique. Small flaws are part of the charm!!

While I do try to get all items to Post within 3 days of sale, Please keep in mind that I do also have a out of home job and two kids. My family always comes first!!

Returns: I will not accept return of any item that has been soiled and washed, for sanitary reasons. Returns will be accepted up to 3 days after receiving product. Buyer will pay shipping back to me. After I receive item buyer will be refunded cost minus shipping.

Payment: All online payments must be received within 24 hours or I will restock the item. If you want it, Purchase it. Please note: At this time I am NOT currently set up for Credit card payments. Please contact me if there is something you would like and need to pay this way. I may be able to make arrangements for you.

Shipping; I now ship through Canada Post Venture one program. This Program Includes Insurance and a tracking code in the price cost of your shipping. You will also receive your item within 3-5 days. Please check priority shipping if you would prefer this option

Please also keep in mind that it can take up to 3 weeks for items to arrive at their destination when shipping over the boarder. I cannot be held responsible for delays at the border. International shipping is only available to the United States at this time. I will not be held responsible for items once they have left my hands and are in the postal service.p>
