I cannot offer refunds on custom work and custom dyed yarns due to the nature of the product being one of a kind and created per your order. I will work very hard to make sure that your order is to your expectations prior to shipping.
Instock hand knit items may be exchanged or refunded due to defects at my discretion. Items must be unworn and contact must be made within 10 days of purchase. Please check the listed measurements carefully, as I cannot offer returns on instock items that do not fit.
Hand dyed yarn is a final sale, and because computer moniters vary, please email me for other pictures or to ask questions about colorways.

Yarn care-
Hand washing is highly recommended, even in superwash yarns.
Do not soak your yarn or finished product. Wash in an unscented wool wash, press out water with a towel, reshape and lie flat to dry.
