PAYMENT I accept payment through paypal only. After payment is received, your package will be mailed within 3-5 days. You will be provided confirmation that the package has been mailed as well as a tracking number (if applicable). This information will be sent to your Paypal email. SHIPPING I ship using the USPS. All shipping costs will include tracking and insurance. Shipping overages in excess of $1 will be refunded to the buyer. SPA SERVICE All Giocare & Amare dolls come with 3 months complimentary spa service to treat those bumps and bruise that may occur through play and love. Travel expenses to and from the Spa are not included. REFUNDS Refunds will be issued upon proof of damage or non- receipt. If the items are damaged upon arrival please do not accept the package and contact me immediately. If your item does not arrive please contact me immediately.
