Shipping- All items are shipped to the address on the PayPal payment. US orders within 3 days, international within 7 days (but usually sooner!). Returns/Guarantee- I will only be accept returns for defective items. I will no longer accept returns for color or size. Please realize colors may vary from monitor to monitor. I do my best to accurately portray colors but if an exact color shade is important to you please do not purchase as I cannot guarantee what you see will look the same in your home. Please review measurements before purchasing and understand they can vary slightly. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and contact me immediately at angela@wildchildwoolies.com if you find there is a problem. Workmanship will be guaranteed for 30 days to the original purchaser. If your wild child gets a little too wild and you need a repair beyond that time I will do my best to take care of it free of charge but you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Because some WCW feature hidden snaps, a repair to them may require a visible 'scar' on the inside only not affecting the appearance from the outside. Please contact me PRIOR to sending ANY item(s) back, and WCW reserves the right to refuse any return on a case by case basis. If I do find an item to be defective upon it's return to me, your return shipping cost will be paid/refunded. The item will then be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Wild Child Woolies.
