Payments: I accept funded or cc paypal. I will accept an US funded money order/echeck on NON seasonal items. If you use a money order/echeck product will not ship until funds have cleared. Shipping: I strive to keep shipping costs at actual rate. Since most items are made to order/fresh I adhere to a 7-14 day shipping time policy. This keeps us both from being disappointed in case of an emergency or weather issues that may arise. With that said, I usually ship 1-3 days on all products except customs which usually take up to 5 days. I inspect items before packing or shipping. Once your order is in the PO hands I am no longer responsible for said item. You may wish to purchase insurance. It is available for all orders. Many times International/Canadian packages are taken to the PO and are mostly done on weekends as we do not go into town during the week.

Insurance: I offer insurance on all orders. I do not require, but I suggest you add that on. If you do not purchase insurance- I can not be held responsible if the PO misplaces/miss-ships/mishandles your package. I of course will do all I can to help ensure you receive your order.

Packaging: I reuse/recycle many packing matierals. If you require a certain type of packing please alert me to this well in advance to my shipping. I feel it is better for me to reuse bubblewrap, peanuts, kraft paper, and boxes than to send them on to the landfills...etc. If it is in useable condition I will use it instead of polluting our home with it. I of course pass the savings on to my customers. So do not be surprised if you receive something shipped in a popcorn box. ;)

Returns: I can not accept returns on my products. Most of my items I could not resell/restock with a clear heart after they are out of my hands. So please contact me with any questions you may have about a product prior to purchase.

Discounts: Discounts are NOT applicable on Tea of the Month Club, FFS Lotteries, Lotteries, Other discount offers or a combo of the above.
