I do not give refunds for custom orders. It is hard to sell some items that have been custom made for your little one. Returns are to be requested within 3 days of receiving your item. All orders need to be paid within 48 hours of purchase, unless spoken to and arranged a different date. If payment is not made, cancellation of order can occurr and a flag on your name may occur. Please take all orders seriously and only purchase those you plan to pay for.
