Orders from within GA are subject to 7% sales tax.
Payment with a credit card via the Paypal link is the most widely used form of payment, but others are also accepted.
We can process your Visa, M/C or American Express information via Propay if you choose. We will send you a Propay invoice and you can enter your credit card information with them.
*Payment by check, money order, concealed cash, and Paypal E-Check is not accepted.
We strive to ship *every* package within 2 business days of purchase, but please allow up to 4 business days between the time your order is paid and the time your order is shipped.
Every order comes with free domestic USPS Delivery Confirmation, and you will be notified of the USPS tracking number upon shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of the items we make, we are unable to take returned items and/or issue refunds. If there is a problem with any order, please contact us immediately through our email at daisycakessoap@yahoo.com to discuss the issue. Our commitment is that you love your purchases with us and return to us for all your bath and body needs.
Summer Melt Alert!
We love making products with natural butters, but these products don’t necessarily love our climate here in GA!
Perfumes may melt en route from us to your home via USPS. Melting is natural reaction to heat, and does not damage the perfume if delivered promptly. However, It can temporarily alter its original appearance. These perfumes are designed to melt at body temperature, and can simply be put in the refrigerator or freezer until they reconstitute. It’s always a good idea to keep products from our shop in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. No synthetic preservatives are ever used in anything we make, so our natural products need a little extra TLC! They are best when used within several months of purchase.
International packages lost in the mail will not be replaced because tracking can't be provided on international packages. Please take that into consideration before making a purchase.
We reserve the right:
1. to refuse any sale for any reason, with a full refund remitted to the buyer.
2. to not resend duplicate packages if d/c shows a package was delivered to the address given with the order.
3. to not refund purchase price on items as they are not returnable. Of course, we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If an error is made on our end, we will make every effort to immediately correct the order.
4. to ship only to verified Paypal addresses.
