All SweetSpuds products are created with great attention to detail and design. They come from a smoke-free but; cat and dog friendly home. While I try to keep the cat and dog away from all the materials I am working with, please do not buy from me if you are very allergic.

Payment:  

Accepted Payments:            At this time we are only accepting payments through PayPal.

Instock Items:       Please pay within 24 hours unless prior arrangements have been made otherwise the item will be restocked.

Custom Orders:    When purchasing a custom slot a 25% non-refundable deposit of the purchased items price is due upon ordering. The remaining balance plus shipping is due after pictures of the finished item has been mailed to the customer.

Sales Tax:

All Kansas residents are subject to 7.8% sales tax.

Shipping:  

Shipping costs are not refundable. Overcharges for shipping of US $1.00 or more will be refunded.

In stock items will ship within 3 business days via PayPal with delivery confirmation using USPS for all orders (Domestic US and International). All orders will be shipped to the address on the PayPal payment. Please make sure you are sending your correct address with your paypal payment.

Custom order items usually ship within 4-6 weeks depending on my workload at the time of ordering. I will contact you upon ordering a custom order item to work out details of the order and determine turn around time.

International shipping will be invoiced within 24 hours of purchase, and item will ship within 3 business days of receipt.

I will combine shipping for items purchased together, and will refund any shipping overpayment of US $1.00 or more that happens when items are checked out through PayPal.

I highly recommend you purchase insurance for the value of the item. If you choose not to insure, I  can not be held responsible for a lost or damaged package once it leaves my hands.

Returns:    

Great care and effort is taken when designing and creating SweetSpuds products, but each item is handmade and therefore is different from mass manufactured production in that there may be slight variations in the finished details. I will do my best to have everything exactly as envisioned, but I am only human and I do make mistakes and over look things despite my best efforts. 

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and contact me immediately at info@sweetspuds.com  if you feel you need to return or exchange your purchase. I believe almost anything can be worked out --just talk with me  and we will come to a resolution.

If you are unhappy with an item you can return the item within 7 days of receiving the item for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping. I must receive the item in the condition that it was shipped in order to issue the refund.  You are responsible for paying return shipping. If there is a genuine flaw or defect of an item return shipping will be refunded as well. Please contact me  PRIOR to sending ANY item(s) back.

Custom ordered items are non-refundable unless defective.
