Policies -All items are shipped within 3 days of purchase. -If there is any kind of problem with the item or shipping please contact me asap so that we can come up with a solution to the problem. -Please understand that we are not responsible for your order once the package is delivered to the USPS, if youwould like you can purchase insurance for any item you purchase from us. For Dyed Wool -I will have your instock purchase to you within 2 business days of reciept of payment. If you purchased a custom dyed skein then please allow up to 2 weeks for me to ship. Customer service and returns: All of my yarn is hand dyed using professional grade acid dyes. All skeins will have variations in them That is part of the charm of hand dyed yarns. If you ordered two skeins of the same colorway please remember there are variations and alternate the yarn within your work. Sometimes I receive yarn with knots in it. If there is one knot in a skein I will still sell it as a first quality. However if there happens to be 2 or more knots within a skein they will be sold as 2nds and this will be noted in the listing. Please if you have any issues with your product contact me and I will work with you to come to a reasonable solution to your problem. You must contact me to return and receive a refund of a damaged item. I can not accept returns on yarn that has been used in any way. Unfortunately shipping charges will not be refunded. For Bath & Body -Please discontinue use if irritation or rash occur. -I use only the best and purest ingredients but it is still possible that an allergic reaction can occur. -I do not make medical promisses that one of my soaps or lotions will cure your acne or other problem, but if any of the oils or herbs I use are known to help with some condition I'll post that info. -Please note that Alex Lita Designs and it's employees and owner will not be held responsible for any allergic reaction you might have to our products. Custom Orders -Custom orders are not always available but every so often I'll have listings for custom items, however if you would like a custom item please contact me and if it fits with my schedule I'll be happy to work with you to create your perfect item.
