Customs

We take custom orders as we believe all our customers should get what they love. We will do our best to try and accommodate you. Custom orders can take longer depending on how many customs are in front of you. I work in order from date paid. If I have custom slots open I will note an estimated shipping date. Customs are made Tuesday through Saturday.  We thank you for your patience.

Payments

You have 24 hours to pay for your order or it will be canceled unless you have made other arrangements with me.  I accept all forms of PayPal and RME. If you pay with credit card or RME please email me first. Payment must be in US funds, we will take international orders though. Once your payment has cleared we will ship on the next shipping day.

Shipping

 The cost of shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable. All items will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible once a package leaves our hands therefore we recommend that you purchase insurance for all of your packages. We ship via PayPal so if your address is not correct there.  We are not responsible for a package being shipped to a wrong or incorrect address.  

 We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays except for custom orders. For a custom order I will give you a projected completion date.  If something changes I will contact you and let you know.  If ordering outside the US, please contact me for shipping costs.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as we would like the chance to fix the problem. We want you to be happy with your order. Please check your item upon arrival for size and quality. Returns must not be worn or washed. If there is a defect in the item within 30 days of purchase, we will do our best to fix or replace it.

 For custom orders, if there is a defect send the diaper back to us and we will repair it. If it cannot be repaired we will offer an exchange. Since fabric choices are always changing I cannot guarantee the fabric will be in stock. If your fabric is not in stock, you will be allowed to choose another fabric for your diaper. Before we issue any exchange we must receive the item first and see if it can be fixed. We will contact you and let you know if we are able to fix it or not.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on “seconds”. If you feel the need to return a diaper to us, you are responsible for the return shipping. If the diaper can be fixed we will pay for shipping back to you. 

Other Info

We are not responsible for problems due to improper care or abuse (Using bleach, or stretching the diaper right out of the dryer, etc...) All our diapers are sewn by hand in our home by me and my mother.  Any slight variations in each diaper will not affect the intended size or function but slight imperfections could exist.

We are a no pet/ non-smoking home, BlueJayz Designz has two felines but they are not allowed in the sewing room. By clicking Buy It Now, you are agreeing with our policies.
