About Me Hi! I am Melissa, and I am a disabled Army veteran of 9 years. Before becoming a fiber enthusiast I was also a skydiver, actress, and fantasy artist. Now I am married to Mr. Right, am a WAHM (Work at home Mom) to a precocious 2 1/2 year old son and am pregnant with our second due January of 2010. I previously ran my large scale yarn business on Family Pendragon Yarn and Family Pendragon Yarn and Crochet , but let those two endeavors go when my son's health issues demanded more of my time. My yarn was a staple at Woolgirl and will be again some day when life gives me more time. In the meantime I am honored to have a little corner of the internet here at The Enchanted Glen, as I am a huge fantasy fan. My family and our four dogs and two cats live out in the country in North Texas on a windy hilltop. Packaging:
I an effort to be lest wasteful I no longer include receipts with purchases. They are automatically generated electronically when items are purchased, are available on Paypal, and can be emailed on request if needed. I have stopped using plastic drawstring bags for yarn and now use 100% recycled undyed tissue paper to wrap yarn for shipment. For International shipments packaging is often minimal to save you on shipping costs for the extra weight. We aren't perfect but we hope you will appreciate our efforts ;)
Payment Policy
Payment is expected at time of purchase. If payment is not received within 24 hours (and you have not contacted me to make arrangements) I may re-stock the item and flag you as a high risk customer. Stalking and Overselling If you stalk an item to purchase for someone else, please do not pay, but immediately email to let me know. If the intended purchaser has not contacted me and paid within 24 hours the item will be relisted. I do not have the ability to list things in the same way on a congo to prevent the possibility of overselling. Due to this fact, it is possible that one item may sell to many people. In the event that this occurs I will consider the customer with the lowest order number (the first person that completed the transaction) to be the rightful purchaser. All others will be offered a refund, or possibly other options if I can. When possible I will do my best to make alternate arrangements to satisfy as many customers as I can within reason. Please understand that some items are so unique that they simply can not be duplicated. Thank you for your understanding. Refunds
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for items in like new condition. Shipping portion of price will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I will refund upon receipt of like new condition item. Refunds are not available on custom orders.
