Shipping If you reside in a place outside of the US and are interested in purchasing items from us, please use the Contact Us feature and we can accommodate you. *Please see notes on expedited shipping further down the page*

Our shipping rates are based on the most recent postage prices from USPS and UPS. Shipping charges are subject to change without warning due to increase in prices that occur periodically with all shipping service providers.

Once your item(s) ship you will receive a shipping notice via Paypal, so please make sure the email address associated with Paypal is one that you check regularly so you can be notified and track your package.

All shipments will include a Delivery Confirmation number and insurance IS NOT included although we HIGHLY recommend purchasing it. You will have the option of purchasing insurance during checkout. Once your items are in the hands of the shipping service, we are no longer responsible for them. This includes but is not limited to your items being lost, stolen or damaged. We will not offer refunds or replacements for items that were shipped without insurance under any circumstance.

Please note: USPS is our primary shipping carrier. Any items that fit in a box that is 12" x 12" x 5" or less will ship via USPS.

Larger orders or orders with larger items or other packaging that exceed the 12" x 12" x 5" dimensions will be shipped via UPS Standard Ground. I pack very efficiently to ensure you are receiving the best shipping rate.

Standard Shipping-US all orders are shipped using the most economical method possible. If you require rushed or expedited shipping, please see the note below. *The only exception is our Laundry Wash which is automatically shipped via Priority Mail to ensure speedy delivery.

Items weighing up to 13oz will ship via First Class Mail and packages weighing 13.1 ounces or more will ship via USPS Parcel Post OR via UPS Standard Ground, depending on size and weight of the package *see note above on "larger orders".

Expedited or Overnight shipping is available. In order for the customer to not be overcharged or undercharged, any orders that have "Rush Shipping" notated will be invoiced the balance on actual shipping charges once the order is ready to ship. Your order WILL NOT SHIP until the balance on rush shipping (expedited) charges is paid in full. We ask that you PLEASE make sure you check your email frequently for your invoice to ensure your order gets shipped to you as quickly as possible once the invoice is paid.

Payments We now accept all forms of Paypal including echeck and money orders! Please note that your order will not be filled and processed until your payment is received and cleared. E-checks can take 3-5 business days to clear and money orders sent via First Class mail can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. Please keep this in mind when waiting for your order. Once I receive cleared payment I will begin processing your order. Thank you!

We can also accept credit cards even if you don't have a Paypal account! Simply fill out the information as you normally would during checkout.

Returns Due to the nature of our bath & body products we cannot accept returns and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We strive to put any and all relevant information in our product descriptions so that you can make the most informed decision on which product(s) are right for you and your family. I urge you to read all product descriptions COMPLETELY to ensure you are getting a product that will work for you. We will not grant any returns but can make an exchange if the item you are returning is still sealed, unused and has not been tampered with. If, upon inspection, we discover the item has been used or tampered with in ANY way, an exchange will not be granted. Again, we strive to put any and all relevant information and pictures in our descriptions so you can make an informed decision on your purchase. We urge you to read all product descriptions COMPLETELY and thoroughly.
