Payment

I accept payment via Paypal only. Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase. If no payment or communication is received within the 48 hr period, the sale will be canceled & the item will be relisted. MD Residents will be charged 6% sales tax. As long as no payment has been made, the buyer may cancel his/her order. Please check your Hyenacart & Paypal "Ship To:" addresses. If they do not match, I will contact you to verify the correct shipping address.

Shipping

I ship on Tuesdays & Fridays and I use USPS for all shipping. If an item description states "Free Shipping" your item will ship to you via First Class, Priority or Parcel Post at my cost. Free shipping is available in the US only. All US shipments will have Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is available at an additional cost. International shipping is available, please email (sales@dillonandclaire.com) or convo me here for shipping costs & options. Tracking for shipments to locations outside the US is not available at this time.
Customs are usually completed & ready to ship within 3 weeks of receipt of payment. If circumstances arise that prevent me from shipping within that time frame I will email you.

Refunds & Exchanges

For sanitary reasons I cannot accept returns. I will do my best to help you get the best diaper fit & absorbency for your baby. Please keep in mind not all sizes, patterns or materials work for every child and I cannot guarantee the fit. I do guarantee that the products I sell (with the exception of SECONDS) are constructed well and free of defects.
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
