Shipping will be completed within 3 days of receiving cleared payment. Shipping will be provided either by first class or priority mail. Insurance is recommended but not required.
Return Policy
I accept all forms of PP and RME. If paying by RME, please contact me for payment instructions. If you pay by echeck, the check must clear before I will ship the item. I expect payment within 2 hours of you placing the item in your cart. If you do not pay for the item within 2 hours, it will be relisted. Refunds are only provided on in-stock items. Custom items are not eligible for refunds. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Refunds will only be granted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will not be given for items lost or stolen by/from the USPS or other shipping agents unless insurance was purchased. Returned items must be received by me within 12 days of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way (missing drawstrings, smelling of smoke or urine, stained, ripped, torn, etc.) will not be refunded. I will not provide any refunds until I have received the item undamaged from you. As always, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact me!!
