Since I do work on a custom basis, communication is important. After ordering, please contact me shortly with your fabric choices. I will have custom orders finished within 2 weeks of your order being places. I will offer a three day 100% refund policy, minus $5.00 to cover paypal fees. After three days, I will only be able to offer a 50% refund off of the total price to reimburse me for the fabric cost and time. I will be unable to give money refunds after your bag has been shipped to you, so if you change your mind, please contact me as soon as possible. If you receive your bag, and are unhappy with it, I will be more than happy to make another bag and send it to you upon receiving the original bag in it's original condition.
