REFUNDS

It is important that you are happy with your product. The item may be refunded for the following reasons: (

Refund will NOT include shipping and handling charges.)

  • Gross misrepresentation of item (Item is OBVIOUSLY not the same one pictured). Must be returned within 1 week from receipt.
  • Sale of Seconds or Clearance are NON-REFUNDABLE for ANY reason.
  • Item breaks (Threads come undone or Aplix comes off). (Item will first be returned, and fixed. If unable to fix, a refund will be given. User agrees to pay for shipping back to CLOTH COUTURE.) Applicable for a period of 30 days.
  • Diapers are NOT to be refunded for "change of mind".
  • Item is NOT refunded due to a missing package. Each item is sent USPS, with tracking. Once I send (and you have received the tracking information), it's delivery is out of my hands.
  • Cloth Couture ships international through First Class ONLY. To supply tracking information,I will do a customs declaration (even when not required) so you will have the customs number. International may take 1-6 weeks dependent on your country of origin.

1-2 diapers FIRST CLASS, $3.00
2-4 diapers PRIORITY MAIL, $5.00
5-6 diapers REGULAR PRIORITY FLAT RATE BOX: $11.50
6+ diapers LARGE PRIORITY FLAT RATE BOX $15.00

Insurance: $1.70

I will not refund for lost or missing packages. Once I ship out your items, and supply you with a delivery confirmation - the delivery is out of my hands. If you are concerned about your items, please make sure to add INSURANCE at the check out.

**If you over pay for shipping, I will refund you the difference. If you underpay for shipping, I will send you an invoice for the remainder.**

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
The price for shipping internationally is based on ONE item, shipped first class. If you are shipping multiple items or live in a different international country - there may be quite a bit of difference. Please email me for a QUOTE prior to shipping if you are wanting to purchase more than one item.
