I try to keep my communication open through out the process. At the time of your order, I will let you know how long it will take. This will change depending on how busy I am. There are certain times of the year that are busier then others. I generally like to ship the completed order within two weeks or sooner. If this is not possible, you will know at the beginning. I'll let you know in my initial email to you that I'm busy and i'll give you the appoximate delivery time. Return Policy Because of the nature of the items i'm selling, I can not take back, used or washed diapers. I suggest trying the diaper on your baby with a disposable under it. You have 3 days from the day you receive your diapers to contact me with any sizing problems. If there is a sizing issue and the diaper has not been washed or used, I will gladly take the diaper back and replace it with a better size. I will not refund because of sizing issues but I will work very hard to get you the best fit for your child. If you are unhappy with your color or material choices, and the choices were requested by you, then I will not refund. If , however the choices were made by me, IE. wrong snap color, then I will gladly replace the diaper. I keep a record of all email communications so this shouldn't be an issue. I am very specific with options for this reason. If you are purchasing a stocked diaper, then this does not apply. This does not apply to diapers that were purchased as "Seconds" This does not apply to solid colored diapers. If there is a defect in the diaper. I will gladly replace or fix the diaper and will cover any extra shipping expenses. Warranty I offer a 30 day warranty against any sewing defects and snap defects. Please make sure that the diaper is washed in the correct manner with a proper cloth diaper detergent. I will fix any defects or replace the diaper if it can't be fixed.
