Payment
All payments are due within 24 hours of purchase, auction end, or ffs drawing. Failure to promptly pay within 2 hours will result in a Paypal, "Request for Money". Should the item remain unpaid for 24 hours, it will be relisted. All forms of Paypal accepted. If your payment is made via Paypal eCheque, your item will not ship untill payment has cleared (6-10 business days).

Returns and Refunds
I only accept returns for defective items and no refunds are issued after 45 days of purchase for any reason. You will have the option of a repair or return on your defective item. You will be responsible for shipping to me on your return. If the "defect" is determined to be poor craftsmanship, I will refund your shipping cost to me. Refunds will be issued within 1 weekday of receipt of item. No refunds will be given for washed or used items. Items sold as "seconds" are sold as-is and carry no guarantee.

Exchanges and Repairs
Sizing: Measurements are always listed. I will not offer exchanges or returns for wrong sizing. Please know your size before purchasing.

Handwash only using wool wash. Lay flat to dry.
