Policies Returns For in-stock items - please contact me within 7 days of purchase if you would like a refund. I will give refunds only to clean, unused, unwashed items. For custom knit items - sorry but I cannot accept returns on custom items unless the item is defected. Hand dyed yarns - please contact me within 7 days of purchase if you would like a refund. I will give refunds to original purchasers only. Please allow for up to two weeks for your refund to be processed. A word on pooling: Everyone defines pooling differently. In general I think of pooling as a blob of the same color in an otherwise somewhat random color distribution. For example three of more stitches of red bunched on top of each other across three or more rows. I make every effort to avoid bunching of colors, and employ various techniques to prevent the same color from appear over and over again in the same spot on the next row of your garment. But sometimes it is beyond my control as the way the yarn was dyed is a major factor in pooling. Your complete satisfaction is my highest priority. Customs Your initial deposit is non-refundable, a full balance is due before work has begun. Please allow for 2-4 weeks for the completion of your order. Most items will be done in the 2 week time frame unless otherwise noted. I will take progress pictures of your garment, and will ask you for your final approval prior to shipping your item to you. Forms of Payment All items are listed in U.S. dollars. I gladly accept cashier's checks and PayPal. E-checks will need to be cleared before your items are shipped. Shipping I encourage you to purchase shipping insurance. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are shipped. Depending on weight and size of item USPS shipping will be offered. Please contact me if you would like your items shipped with UPS or another mail carrier.
