COLORWAY POLICY: Most colorways are one of a kind. What this means to me is that unless they were dyed together, then they may not match perfectly and future skeins may not be exact. While every attempt is made to replicate them, I don't recommend knitting a garment bought with two skeins from different stockings, even if they are named the same. In the future, I will be stocking larger skeins and trim options.

COLORS: ALL COMPUTER MONITORS VARY. The color you see on your monitor may not necessarily be the exact color of the yarn. I make every effort to ensure that the color I see on my screen matches as perfectly as possible to what the yarn looks like. I can not be responsible for variations of color based on monitor variations. I will do my best to choose photos that best capture the colors as well as describe the colors as accurately as possible.

YARN: Please be advised that certain essential oils may cause dye to release from the fiber and yarn to bleed. Certain colors, such as red, are notorious for bleeding even when properly set. All of my yarns are heat set and rinsed after dyeing to help ensure that they do not bleed. All dyes are non-toxic and safe to be on your child's skin.

SHIPPING: Items can be shipped either First Class Package or Priority. I am happy to ship to Canada or internationally but please be advised that the amount you pay for shipping is a deposit and you will be invoiced for the difference. Insurance is optional, but recommended.

RETURNS: I do not accept returns on custom knits, dyes or instock, unless there is a defect. If there is a defect with an item you may contact me within 15 days of shipping.

All items come from a smoke-free, pet friendly home. No items ever come in contact with the animals, that said, a stray hair is never ruled out. I do my best to ensure all loose hair, dogs and human are removed before shipping.
