I value every customer. We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase from ...a Time to Dye™. I will work hard to ensure that your purchase is satisfactory before we ship. Please ask any and all questions prior to purchasing so that you are completely satisfied with your product. I can and will email more pictures and information, just contact me and let me know what you need. In most cases, I will respond to your request within 12-24 hours.

All of my yarns have been washed and should run clear. I still recommend hand washing all your items prior to use. Please keep in mind that some wool washes may contain products that can cause the dye to release. To be safest, I recommend unscented wool wash as the best way to care for all your fine woolens.

Returns

If you see any workmanship problem with one of me products, please contact me, so that we may work out a mutually satisfactory resolution. Other returns can be discussed on a case by case basis. Contact must be made by email and I must receive your return no later than 2 weeks after delivery to you. The items must be returned unwashed and unused. Insurance will be required on the returned items. Once the item is returned and deemed to be unwashed and unused, I will provide a refund minus the shipping costs. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Custom items may not be returnable due to the nature of the product being one of a kind and created per your order. Items sold as seconds are not returnable, unless there is a problem with the product that was not noted.

Shipping and Pricing

I will ship your item within three days, unless otherwise specified. Shipping rates are defined in each listing. I will combine shipping if you purchase multiple items. Please contact me for exact costs.

Insurance is optional, but is recommended. The cost will be determined based on your total order, using the standard USPS rate tables. For most items, that will be $1.70. (If you wish to calculate it, yourself , you can find the rate table here: USPS Insurance Rate Chart).

For international orders, I do charge a minimum of 3.50, but you are responsible for the balance of the cost. If you are outside of the United States, please select International shipping at checkout. I will contact you in the event shipping exceeds this estimate.

I try to keep the cost of my shipping as low as possible, because, well, I hate paying for shipping as much as you do. The reality is that it does cost money to ship, and some items require packaging and special care. But please be assured that I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible so you can afford more art.

One way I try to keep our shipping costs down is to recycle as much of our shipping materials as possible. I only reuse items that are clean and in good shape. I hope that my customers will embrace my attempt at keeping my prices reasonable and protecting the environment for our children.

Color

There can be some issues with viewing colors on the internet. The color you see on your monitor may not necessarily be the exact color we see on ours. Color is a subtle thing that computers do not always capture perfectly. I will make every effort to ensure that our colors look accurate in the photos, but please be aware that computer monitors do vary. Therefore, I will always select the pictures that I feel best capture the colors. It addition, I will also describe the colors we see as accurately as possible.
