Payments:
If paying by e-check through Paypal, items will not ship until payment has cleared. Payment is required at the time of order. Items not paid for within 3 days will be restocked. If you need to make payment arrangements, contact me prior to ordering.


Shipping:
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Instock items will be mailed within 1-3 business days after cleared payment. International orders may be subject to additional charges. The Graceful Moose is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit. Shipping insurance is available for an additional charge.


Customs:
Please allow 1-2 weeks for the completion of your custom order, or longer for large orders. A deposit is required when you order and must be paid in full prior to shipping. If you do not see any custom listings available but would like to order, please contact me and I will see what I can do.


Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are not happy with your order, contact me as soon as possible. You may return or exchange your unwashed, unused item within 14 days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Returns will be accepted for faulty craftsmanship or a defective product. Minor sewing flaws that do not affect the quality of the product are not covered by refund.


Other Information:
Like many WAHMs, all items are sewn in my home. I will always do my best to provide you with your items in a professional and timely manner, and will contact you as soon as possible should any unforeseen delays arise. Our home is smoke free, but pet friendly. While I do my best to keep the cats away from my work area, it is possible there may be a stray hair here or there.
