Baby (children 1 year and younger): $10

All prices are for a 6-7” leg/cuff with a simple stocking knit stitch or ribbing. Sometimes, I get the urge to try out a new pattern and, so, you might be treated with a fancier sock. For specialty orders such as knee socks, or thigh highs, please email for pricing and wait list information.

Shipping

I keep shipping prices as cheap as possible, so Priority rates are $4.95 + 1.00 per additional item and First Class Rates are $2.15 + 1.00 per additional item.

Returns/Refund Policies

Hand-dyed yarn is a wonderful, unique, awe-inspiring product that can pose a burden upon it’s knitter. It is VERY difficult to determine how the colors will lay out in the finished product and while there may be ways to remedy certain “pooling” situations, there are a variety of reasons why I don’t utilize them:

They involve way too much time and I would have to charge an arm and a leg for the aggravation.
Some techniques ruin the structural integrity of the piece and since I want your order to last a long, long time, I would rather avoid the hassle.

Personally, I don’t believe in “pooling” and am always thrilled to see how a yarn dyer displays her palette on my canvas. So, this said, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to a dissatisfaction with color layout or pooling.

If your custom does not fit or I messed up in the construction, I will be happy to repair or refund the purchase price. I must receive them within 2 weeks of your receipt, however.

The Customs Process

When you order a custom spot, a $10.00 non-refundable deposit will ensure your place in line. At that point, I ask for sizing information and for YYMN orders, I will send my mailing address. Please note, that YYMN spots on the wait list are dependent on me receiving the yarn in time. Yarn must arrive within 14 days of purchase. If it is not here on time, then your name is moved down to a later date. Within 1 – 2 days of starting your order, I will invoice you for the balance due. Once payment is received, I will begin work and keep you up to date on my progress via email.
