I am not responsible for items once they have shipped. If you would like to add insurance to your purchase please include notes in your order and I will contact you for payment. Refunds and Exchanges All unwashed, unworn and unused in-stock non-clearance items can be returned within 14 days. Please contact me before returning an item. Custom items are not returnable, please make sure all measurements are correct when you send them to me. Clearance items can be returned unwashed and unused within two weeks of purchase for a store credit equal to the purchase price minus shipping. The credit will be issued once I receive the item back. Buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping. Cash refunds will not be issued for clearance items.
