Store Policies Returns: First quality, unwashed items may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Once the returned item has been received, a refund will be issued for retail price minus shipping. Return shipping is your responsibility. At this time, second quality items are not eligible for return.
Shipping: All items ship via USPS with delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation numbers are provided upon request. Insurance is optional but suggested as we can not be held responsible if your package is lost by the postal service.
Customs: Due to the nature of custom orders, they cannot be returned so please measure your child carefully to insure a good and proper fit. While we strive for the highest quality hand knits for you and your family, we realize that mistakes can happen. If you find a problem with the workmanship, we sincerely apologize and want to know about it. Simply email us with the issue and we will work to resolve it. Please note, color pooling is not considered a workmanship flaw. Sometimes hand-painted yarn has a mind of its own, which is part of the beauty of it. While we will do everything possible to minimize pooling, please realize some pooling may occur.
