I value every customer. I hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase from EasterBunz. I will work hard to ensure that your purchase is satisfactory before your item ships. Please ask any and all questions prior to purchasing so that you are completely satisfied with your product. I can and will email more pictures and information when necessary, just contact me and let me know what you need.

All of my yarns and fibers have been dyed with professional acid dyes, have been well rinsed, and should run clear. I do recommend hand washing all your items prior to use. Please keep in mind that some wool washes may contain ingredients that can cause the dyes to release. To be safest, I recommend unscented wool wash as the best way to care for all your fine woolens.

Returns

If you any problem with one of my products, please contact me, so that we may work out a mutually satisfactory resolution. Contact must be made by email and if it is determined that your item is returnable, I must receive your return no later than 2 weeks following delivery to you (as determined by USPS delivery confirmation). The items must be returned unwashed and unused.

Insurance is required on the returned items, as I can not be responsible for returned items lost or mis-delivered by USPS. Once the item is received and deemed to be unwashed and unused, I will provide a refund minus the shipping costs. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Custom items may not be returnable due to the nature of the product being one of a kind and created per your order. Items sold as seconds are also not returnable, unless there is a problem with the product that was not noted.

Shipping and Pricing

I will ship your item within three business days, unless otherwise specified (such as for custom items). I will gladly combine shipping on multiple items, just contact me for an adjusted invoice.

Insurance is optional, but is highly recommended. The cost will be determined based on your total order, using the standard USPS rate tables. For most items, the cost is $1.75.

Color

There can be some issues with viewing colors on the internet. The color you see on your monitor may not necessarily be the exact color I see on mine. I will make every effort to ensure that my colors look accurate in my photos, but please be aware that computer monitors do vary.
