Product review:
The soaker is superb. Tight knitting, soft wool, nice fit and strechy. I love the waistband with elastics. The color is also nice!
I just need to mention that the soaker smelled really good when it got here, I washed it with unscented wool wash a couple times and I could still smell the sweet original scent. Yum!

The shorties are beautiful. Some of the best knitting I've seen. I love the elastic waist. My DS loves the orange colour.

Customer Service: Great communication and fast shipping. One of the hair towels was a little weak where it was serged leaving a visible hole. I didn't expect anything from Cynthia at all since there was a lapse from the time I ordered the towels until I found the hole, but I contacted her anyway. She insisted on replacing it with not one, but two hair towels! Cynthia is very concious about her quality. And on those rare occassions, something might go wrong - it's a WAHM's response to problems that really shows you how great they are.

Product Review: These hair towels are nifty! I gave them out as gifts, and they were a hit. The one I have from several months ago is holding up great!

Construction is very well made. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size, think I needed the M/L and the rise is way too long, and it is a bit thinner than other covers I have purchased BUT is still holds up great. And it smelled devine when I opened up my package, my DD even wanted to hold it to her nose and keep smelling it!

Both hats are soft, well-knit and beautiful colorways. We get compliments all the time on dd's pink/salmon hat. It is warm and stretchy and will fit her for a long time to come. Dh loves the scent of the wool wash Cyn uses so much that he asked me if I would get some and wash our laundry in it, lol

Incredible! I PM'd her with a special request, and she was more than willing to do it for me. I got her to work with another WAHM so that I could have custom embroidery on my covers.

Product review:

Wonderful. I don't have a baby to put them on yet, but they're incredibly gorgeous, I've heard from others how wonderful her covers work, and they smell incredible. I can't wait to use these!

ETA: My baby is almost 5 months old, and we just love these covers! Not only are they totally adorable, but they work great. We love to use these under little dresses when going out to the store and such. They're super-easy off-and-on for diaper changes, go with many outfits, and we get compliments on them all the time!! Will be planning to purchase next size up!
