Hi hyenas,

Yes, it's yet another thread regarding feedback. Could you please vote for the overall feedback format that you would find easiest to use?

(note, that last option would also include the 'negative' feedback flag and clearly show if a store has negative feedback)

Thanks!

I voted for the 3rd option as it seems to be the most poignant and non-subjective. The difference between neutral and positive can be hard to pin down (as can neutral and negative). That can be best spelled out in the actual verbal feedback left I think. The ability to simply see at a glance if you are dealing with either a "reputable" or "disreputable" WAHM is the first priority when dealing with feedback. The actual wording is a nice read if you want more information. I just don't see the point of even leaving feedback if its "neutral"... It is like saying - "Yeah I bought from there, but I don't really have an opinion." LOL! Just my $.02

Something that I just wanted to put out there. Is there a way that when the new feedback format is started that a way to let us know who we've left feedback for and who we haven't can be put in? I got a behind on leaving feedback and now I'm trying to catch up. The problem is I don't ever have time to sit down and do it all at once but when I try to do it in parts I have trouble remembering who I've left feedback for and who I haven't. If the leave feedback button was deactivated, or something like that, after I've left feedback it would be much easier to keep up with it. Just a thought.

Maybe some reminder on "My HC" page to leave feedback (like e-bay).

i.e. - "You need to leave feedback for x Items"

i like the pos-neutral-neg with a short comment idea. i think it's simplistic enough where people would actually use it.
i can't wait until the new feedback system is instilled.
