The feedback system is now automated. If you purchased the item you are leaving feedback for via the hyenacart cart system. Go to your my hc and click on purchases. Find the purchase and click on feedback and it will pull up everything you need to leave feedback.
If it was purchased via pms or a trade, you can either have the wahm create a listing for you to buy so you can leave feedback or for now you can leave it here.

Also all new feedback will never find it's way to this forum. It goes directly to the cart. So if you go to the cart and click on feedback, you will see all feedback left from the new system and then all feedback left from the old.
If you have a custom or trade that you would like to leave feedback for and don't want it burried under all the new feedback, you can contact the wahm and ask for them to make a listing for you to buy.

Ok, I created a listing for a custom for a customer to leave feedback, but she says she can't get past the Paypal page (she's already paid me and received the product). What should I do? I could have her leave feedback here, but I'm still trying to build my site up, so the feedback there would be great if I could do it!

If you have a regular cart, she can just skip that and it will be in her history.
If you have a multi cart, you need to set it up so it is hers as soon as she hits bin. I don't have a multi, so I am not sure what that would be.

I have a multi. I found the order and changed the status to paid. Hopefully that will work. Thanks |

how do I see the feedback on my own HC? I dont see anywhere where it says feedback. I also dont see it on others carts. sorry it just seems like newbies will have a hard time finding feedback here, I cant even find my own! hehehe

Go to your cart or anybody elses cart and at the top you will see
Hello Becky, you are logged in and ready to shop!
My HC | View stocking calendar | Search stores | Logout
View store feedback | Contact seller | Mark store as favorite
Then you just click on view store feedback and there it is.

You don't have to be logged in at all.
Anybody who goes to any cart will see the hyperlink that says feedback. You click on it and see the feedback.

No, there is not a buyers feedback section for wahm purchases.
For fsot purchases you can leave feedback in the fsot section.
