The customer service was outstanding. Danielle communicated with me throughout the entire process and sent me pictures. The necklaces was a gift, and needed to have length added on after it was given to my Mom. Danielle added more beads free of charge and did it so quickly. I was so pleased with my entire experience with her, and my Mom has passed her name/website on to many people because of her service.
