I think the simplest way to deal with quantity would be to sign up for single quantity or double quantity - so, you're either sending out 20 or 40, and either receiving back one or two of each. So if you need/want lots, you sign up for the double amount, or if not, stick with the usual amount??? Just a thought.

I don't mind either way. If we go with 11 people, I could do two different kinds of samples, 1 Knitter's Balm sample and 1 Lip balm Sample. Smile

I certainly wouldn't mind two tiny playsilks and two lavender sachets, and two... Smile

Ok, so this closed with 11 people. So lets do this:

Everyone sends 20 samples, which will be 2 for each person, not including themself. So everyone gets two of everything but we don't have to send out more than orignally said because we only ended up with 11 people Smile
