Excellent customer service. Both of my orders were custom dye slots and Kimberly was very patient working with me on selecting yarns and colorways. She was very responsive via email and kept me updated on her progress. Quick shipping as well.
Product review:

Fantastic!! I contacted Kimberly to see if we could combine shipping since I had ordered 2 items, and she was more than willing to do so. Shipping was also super fast! (I've also contacted her regarding a custom order--and she was also super fast and so sweet in her replies!)
Product review:
These yarns are my favorite ever. Hands down. Her colorways are beautiful. I had so much fun knitting these up--wonderful yarn, beautiful colors, short repeats, no pooling--I love it! In fact I love them so much that I contacted her for a custom spot!!! I anticipate buying much more from her in the future:-) |

Awesome! I wanted a colorway she didn't have so she created it for me. She was super fast and posted 2 different skeins for me to pick from! They were both so pretty I really wanted them both. She is great to work with, ships fast and is very helpful. Oh and the yarn smelled super great when I got it. I could smell it the whole time I was knitting with it.
Product review:
i am now in love with targhee yarn. I tried to get her custom but darn it if it wasn't snatched up in seconds! You have got to try Kim's yarn, she's awesome! No color pooling and wonderful bright colors, just what I had in mind
