You have to love Sue, she's always great with email and wonderful at those little cute touches in your package--like soap samples, yum! She even threw in a freebie because something was supposedly wrong with one of the liners, though I have yet to see what, it looks perfect to me, lol.

Great communication! Sue ordered the supplies and made the product very quickly and let me know each step of the way what was going on. She mailed straight to my niece so the items would get there in time for her birthday!

Product review:
According to my niece they are "beautiful" and she hasn't taken them off (except when told to by her Mom) since they arrived 3 days ago!!

Excellent! Sue was so wonderful to work with. She returned all messages super fast and helped me choose the perfect gift. She went above and beyond and even looked up past information, since I was purchasing for someone that had been a previous customer of hers.

Product Review:
Beautiful, quality workmanship for both the earrings and pads. I let her pick out exactly what she thought would look great for the earrings, and her choice was right on! I love them. Pads are sewn so well too. I will be back for more items I'm sure!

December 9 and 10th 2010

2 silk liners

Customer service:
Amazing! I won the regular and one overnight with silk liner the 9th, then on the 10th, Sue remembered that I was really trying to build my stash after 5 years of not needing one left me unprepared, so when somebody changed their mind, she sent me a message asking if I wanted the additional set. It was amazingly sweet for her to remember and do that for me.
Shipping was also very fast.

Product review:
Gorgeous! I love them!!!! And just looking at them shows the love she put into them. Well made, and great design.
