When I first purchased the shirts and also got some custom made at this time the customer service was wonderful. The shirts were slow to get shipped for unknown reasons but once they got here there are some of the shirts that the paint or dyes have ran and one of them that the applique was coming off the shirt before it was ever worn. After I contacted the mama she told me that she would send another shirt and for me to just see if I could figure out a way to repair the shirt. Since that email I have not heard from the mama again, never recieved the replacement shirt and never heard from her again. She has also stopped stocking the store.


Product review:

The shirts have held up fairly well and are cute other than there is dye that has ran on them that I am not sure where it came from and one of the shirts is now a plain dyed shirt since the applique came off. All in all I have been happy with the shirts I recieved but the customer service went downhill quickly after recieving them.

HC order #48 and custom order, placed at same time

Specific item:
1 dyed and painted lap tee, 2 custom dyed dresses- one painted and one appliqued

Customer service:
Originally email communication was good. Seller was responsive to my custom request and answered questions quickly. It did take longer than stated to complete the order. I had ordered two dresses with painted designs and she made one painted and one appliqued. She sent a photo and offered to re-do the appliqued dress if I prefered painted, but I liked the dress and chose to receive it. When the appliques fell off the first time the dress was washed, I emailed her with a photo and asked what she suggested doing. I waited a while with no response and ended up emailing 3 to 4 times (all friendly emails) trying to hear from her.

Product review:
The t-shirt is beautiful and very well painted. The dresses are nicely dyed, and I gave the painted one as a gift. The appliques fell off the other dress the very first time it was washed (gentle/cold) and line dried. I would not purchase from Teacup Creations again due to non-response when I asked what she suggested trying for the appliqued dress.
