Password problem!

I went to change my password after all the virus & such but now its saying my password isn't correct!!! Is there a way to reset it? I'm sure I have the right password but it won't let me change it. Thanks

In case it's the same issue, I had that problem numorous times yesterda but it ended up being Firefox. When I went in through IE it worked fine.
