Product review:

Noel's work is absolutely top notch. What amazed me most is that I provided Noel an image from a pillow that I really loved and she took the concept and truly made it her own. Noel has a sharp eye for color and sophistication and I could not be happier with the finished product!

Poor and unprofessional. For $450 I expected a quality design, knowledgeable installation, and reasonably quick service. I received none of them. From the beginning, Noel didn't ask what I wanted and disregarded my needs and suggestions. She consistently did the opposite of what I asked. I was not treated like a customer. I had to put a lot of my own time and effort into offering suggestions, taking pictures for her, and attempting to communicate my needs while trying to work with her needs.

After a month of delays, personal hardship excuses, and flawed unacceptable designs, I asked for a refund. She brought up a "no refund" policy that I was not made aware of and insisted on continuing. When she came up with a halfway acceptable design (though still badly flawed), I suggested she try installing it on my website to see how it looked online. She then decided that she could not work with the host I was using. (I told her who my host was when I asked for a quote, before paying in the beginning.) She gave me two choices: she would either need at least another month to see if she could work on it (and admitted that she didn't want to) or she would give me the design as-is "for no additional charge" and I could have someone else finish and install it. I refused and demanded a refund. I paid for complete design and installation and received neither.

She tried bargaining with a logo that I didn't need. I refused. She finally refunded $125 and kept $100, then emailed me the simplistic logo (which I told her that I cannot and will not use) and said that she was giving me the logo "at the discounted rate of $100". I refused. She ignored. I filed through PayPal but they denied me a refund because "the item purchased was virtual or intangible".


Product review:

The designs presented were of poor quality and badly flawed. Nothing remotely as creative and attractive as those in her portfolio, and nothing of what I repeatedly asked for and was willing to work with her on. I accepted a design with the exception of a few serious flaws that needed correcting. She then decided not to complete the project because she said the host site configuration was above her head. I lost $100 for nothing usable nor agreeable in return. $100 goes a long way in my home. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I can not say enough good things about my first experience with Noel and her design services. I really did not know what I wanted at first. I talked to her like a two year old and just said “Blue is pretty I like blue.. and outside is nice.” She took her time and talked to me to find out more information and pick my brain. In a very short time she came up with two designs to show me and I fell in love with one of them. With in one week my cart was installed and ready for use! I was very impressed. I appreciated her personal attention to detail as well as her willingness to work with me to find something that I would be happy with! She even took time to explain to me how the site worked and how to change things if I wanted too in the future. Perfect over the top customer service.

I was amazed. I knew that this was going to be a hard job. She not only had to make a new site for me but she had to make something new and fresh and different from what I had before.. but not so different that people wouldn’t know it was still Sumbuns. I told her that I wanted to keep close to the same colors, that I wanted to be relaxing and calm and that it had to be even on both sides. I wanted something earthy but feminine, cool but warm.

With in 24 hours she had 2 designs for me and several backgrounds to chose from. She redid everything to my exact specifications and was willing to bend and mold my site to make it pleasing to my eyes.

I am totally happy with the job that she did and can not express my appreciation to her dedication to making my HC beautiful. Her pride in her work was astounding and is something you don’t see everyday. Noel’s mission to give people “out of the box” designs that are fresh and new superseded my expectations and experiences with other designers. I strongly recommend that if you are looking for something extraordinary and a person who is willing to go above and beyond that you use Noelove<3designs.

Specific item: Custom Lap T YPS!

Customer service: Initially the communication was great. She contacted me quickly. I knew exactly what I wanted when I ordered- something she'd offered before only in a bigger size, however she tried to push another design on me. Finally we settled on what I wanted. I emailed her a few times asking what the difference was for the product- I paid for the slot, not the entire item, and she never responded. I also never received the tee. About a year later, a friend of hers contacted me asking if I ever got a refund or the tee. I said no... she said she was going to try to make it right. I told her I still would like the tee if possible, instead of a refund. I still don't have a refund OR a tee.

*ETA* The refund apparently went to someone else, and she has since sent me my money back. Thank you!
