Thank you Amy.
We don't ban people for bad transactions. That is why it is so important to check feedback and the list.
It is a public board so everybody can read. The only thing that banning somebody would do, is possibly cause them to find another name and try to sneak back on.
It is much better on a public board to be able to keep track of them.
