I just feel so broken today,.... I am trying hard to put myself back together to make and do the things I need to..... my head is jumbled, I have a deep deep ache in my chest and OMG,... how is this even happening?

Please do not judge me,... I am not naive, I am not stupid,.. I know this is the nature of being a foster parent but,.. not these kids,.. not this family,..not after this length of time,... there was no plans for them to go home,.. at all.
