I've already given Pieter's teacher a painted mug and a Thornbush pen this year. And I made his sweet wife some jewelry. This teacher is by FAR the best teacher I have ever met and I would really like to spoil him with something really nice at the end of the year. Any good recommendations for great gifts for men?

Here are a few ideas.

Masculine luggage tags
Tool belt that ties around the waist (made from canvas)
Arm Chair Caddy - For remote, magazine, and other man items

What subject does he teach or does he have a specific interest. I may be able to narrow it down more. Men like tools for efficiency, not pretties. So think along those lines. I made a tool belt for my husband and he likes it. Of course it is all black and very utilitarian but it fits his preferences perfectly. Hope this helps. Disbelief

is he a writing enthusiast? cause a custom journal from becky with a saying on the front about being a teacher or something would be very sentimental.

I could also do it with a drawing from Peter, if you had a scanner and could email me the scanned image.

Could you get a class picture and have a journal made with it and then have the kids fill it in with pictures and notes to him?

Even more great ideas! I love the journal ideas. Becky, let me talk to Pieter and see what he likes (he hates to draw but might do it for Mr V) and I will get back to you before the end of the month.

Jennifer, do you make your eye packs in a larger size? If so can you PM me a quote? This teacher actually has a bad back and I think that might go well with his gift too Smile

What about a Key Ring from Anna Ourth with your son's name and his Class's Graduating year on the other side?

I also have some very manly scent available.

Great thread! I'm going to watch for more ideas, as Father's Day is quickly approaching.

One idea I had thought of for my DH.....he likes to grill and I was chatting w/ Lisa at Healing Pixie about getting some grill rubs for him.

Coffee cozies are great for teachers because it keeps their coffee hot while it's sitting on their desk.

Or if they drink the school coffee, an awesome ceramic mug would be great.
