Mmm, yummy, bad for you experiment

So, I put this together tonight as an experiment and it's so yummy, I thought I'd share.

Heat 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 cup of corn syrup in a big pot until it bubbles. Let it bubble for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add 1 cup of sliced almonds, 1 cup of marshmallows and 1 cup of no-name honey-nut cheerios that no one in your house will eat. Mix well and press into a greased 9x13 pan.

If you can resist, let it cool and then cut into squares. If you can't resist, it's pretty hot, so blow on it before you scoop it into your mouth Wink

I use the peanut butter and corn syrup sauce over ice cream - but only when Tyler's sleeping. Thankfully his peanut allergy isn't airborne so we can still have it in the house.
