Hi ladies!
I am trying to decide about bases for the MM coop. Cestari Superfine is my favorite base that I have worked with so far. It feels so soft and feels more like an aran weight than worsted. Cestari Fine is less thick and just doesn't feel as substantial and is certainly worsted weight.
So the question is, anyone tried Mountain Meadow bulky and is it really only 96 yards per 3.5 ounces? I really would like more yardage than that for a skein... It will take 5 skeins to make a large FA, SC!
Guess I just want anyone's experience who has used Mountain Meadow and can comment on the worsted/bulky differences and feel. Sorry to be vague, maybe it is my sleep deprivation writing here!
