Awesome! Congrats!

Little late, but...

I just started doing Jillian's Yoga Meltdown DVD and I have been lifting weights and running! I always try to eat pretty healthy, but I am adding more fresh fruits and veggies to my diet and trying to cut out as much sugar as possible! I am also trying to eat small meals often.
