i am making one for my mom for her birthday next month, but the smaller size. my LYS was having a sale (and my budget is über-tight 
), so i got a different colorway of the manos silk blend and 2 colors for the ruffle edge because one yarn was on sale so low that i couldnt walk past it and i have been wanting to try it out. i would have taken it for the full ruffle, but it was the last skein. so i am going to do most of the ruffle in one color and the garter stitch rows and BO in the 2nd color. cant wait to CO today!

I think I am going to end up with a medium. I plan to just go until I run out of yarn, and I think when I hit the small I will still have quite a bit of yarn left.
