When and where purchased:

I ordered the custom web design slot on June 1, 2006 from Jen at Bah Boutique.

Specific item:

Custom web design for Hyena Cart. This was a great deal since Jen is just starting out she did everything at a reduced cost, including logo design, site design, graphics, the whole sha-bang, great for a WAHMama on a budget.

Customer service:

This was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. All of the details were worked out quickly and effectively, emails were answered promptly(no matter what time it was) and all my questions were answered immediately. She helped me with my very perticular design and was very flexible with all my requests. I got all that I asked for down to the last detail, all by just email correspondence, quite a feat.

Product review:

Jen did such a wonderful job helping me design my store. She is a WAHMama and was great at communication and patience with my needs and requests. She did such a expert job I wanted to recommend her to any mama that is looking for help designing her Hyena Cart at a great price.

Specific item: 2X Soaker keychains (See #4 and #6, they are mine)

Customer service: Wonderful.

Product review: These soakers are so soft and delightful to fiddle with. The only issue I have had is they both came off the keychain so I have had to re-thread them. I would definatly recommend them!

Fabulous customer service. Quick and thorough.

Jen had my banner to me in 24 hours and it was great. She made the slight changes I needed immediately. Highly recommend.

I did a trade with Jen, sheis a wonderful mamma to work with, Her communication was great, she answered all my questions and went aboveand beyond her part of the deal!

Great service--Jen's communication was very good, and she was quick to incorporate edits and send me new drafts to look at. Plus, she's very fast--the day after I ordered the banner, I was able to get it up and running. Great value, great price!

Purchase: I can't recall date, at HC last fall

Specific item: Wool soaker (crocheted)

Service: Great! My first choice wasn't available, so she hooked me up with something else, after answering all my questions.

Product review: This soaker is one of our favorites for Sir Pees A Lot. The tight stitches really keep his clothes dry.

Really just amazing. Jen went above and beyond, really, to help me out. She worked late into the night and every time i had a revision or question, she was on top of it. I've never seen a WAHM work so hard!

Awesome! She is always very quick to respond, and she is just a sweet and friendly person to deal with. I couldn't have expected better customer service than she provides! Even after she had done everything for my page, I asked for more buttons, and she was happy to set everything up, and did so really quickly!
