We sent a ton of emails back and forth about the soaps - and how I needed them shipped ASAP so that I could send them out in international mail. She was so helpful and quick to respond via email.

Product review:

Everything smells great, although they are all gifts. I received a Blue Elysium BHS as a gift once and it was great - I liked it so much I bought 8 for gifts. If the scents say anything...they'll be great. They were wrapped up super cute and I even got a free sample. Great experience.

Well packaged, I LOVE the sample of the Green tea soap, I use it after washing dishes.

Seriously, I LOVE BHS anything! I've referred two of my friends to order from them. The wool wash bar & liquid are great for removing stains in wool & leave a light, pleasant scent. The shampoo & shave bar leaves your skin SOOO soft after shaving. And the body butter is fantastic. I will definetly be ordering again.

Melissa was very quick to respond to PMs and made corrections to my order for me. Very friendly and fun to work with.

Product review:

I mainly made the purchase for the detangler. I have very curly, very unmanageable hair. I was no longer able to purchase the detangler I normally use and tried BHS on the recommendation of my SIL. I have to say I am very pleased. It works great on wet or dry hair and leaves hair shiney and soft not dull and oily like a lot of detanglers tend to do.

The wee soap samples were very nicely packaged with paper labels and ribbon tied around each one. They smell absolutely wonderful.

I definitely will be back to shop with BHS.

I got the soap sample set to give as Christmas gifts for my boyfriend's mom and sisters, they LOVED being able to go through the different samples, sniffing each one and picking the ones they liked best. I took a couple of samples that I liked out before I gave the rest as gifts, the Oatmeal Honey Vanilla and the Sweet Dreams, and I absolutely love them.
I ordered the facial soap samples about a week after I got the other samples, once I realized how much I loved her soaps. I had debated trying them before, but since I could get them as samples I decided to take the plunge... I have been using Crunchy Buttercup in the morning and Skin Saver at night, for less than a week, and my skin is the clearest it has been since I first got pregnant, over 2 years ago! I have tried all of the OTC medicated face soaps, and none of them have worked... I will never go back to them now, I have officially been converted to a natural soap lover!

Customer service is great! The item shipped to me very quickly, however it was supposed to ship to someone else as a gift. There turned out to be a small glitch on a new cart system they were using and that's why it was shipped to me. The owner got back to me quickly after notifying her of the error and went above and beyond what she had to to fix the issue. I will definitely buy again.

Product review: Item is being given as a gift so I am unable to review the product but it sure looks and smells great!!

Product review:
Absolutely amazing! I have never used natural or handmade soaps before, but am now a convert! The Bahama Mama is my favorite, the scent is relatively mild yet lovely... and it exfoliated like a dream. I can't even tell you how soft my skin is after using it. I'm coming back for a full sized bar and I've already recommended it to all of my friends.
My 3 year old was so in awe with the round shape of the crunchy buttercup that he was 100% willing to wash his face.

The best part is that none of these soaps irritate the horrible eczema on my hand Smile

Customer service: Delay in answering emails when I inquired where my order was. The ship date was supposedly May 1st according to tracking but it did not update that the PO even had it until after I filed a Paypal dispute, and then magically it appeared to be being processed in Kansas (where she lives!) as we speak. Today is May 12th! I ordered on April 13th. I would not order from Blue House again because of the extremely slow shipping, and the fact that I got no explanation or apology for the delays.
Product review: Soap is very strong smelling and very soft, not exactly what I was looking for.
