Can you help me with calculating the CC fee? Do I use the PayPal standard rate? And I'm in Canada but my PP account primary currency is in USD. Does that make any difference or do I still figure it out as going from Canada to US as I get different totals in how I do it? Canada to US is $54.60 or US to US is $53.78.

eta: I wanted to get this done, so I just sent the $54.60.
