Likes and dislikes I'm fine with anything, though prefer worsted or heavier - however, would not rule out lighter. Laceweight might make me crazy. I prefer natural fibres, but am not adverse to blends (e.g., fluffy mohair/wool blends that have a bit of acrylic or nylon as they often do). I will not be making soakers or longies with mine. Can be combo of colorways or single colorway - whatever. For that matter, doesn't have to be all the same kind of yarn. I'm EASY.

Anything else we should know Nope.

ETA: Please mention if you know what you're going to knit/crochet/felt/whatever with your yarn. I'm hoping to "shop" from my own stash, and it's not all soaker-ideal (some is, don't get me wrong), so would be good to know if someone's planning to felt or what have you...

Likes and dislikes - Can't handle PF (aggravates allergies). Can't do single-ply purewool or Peruvian (Logan is a heavy wetter, so we need thicker yarn). Targhee, BBR, 3-ply purewool, BFL...any of these are fine. I love bulky yarns; one of my favorites is HPY's bulky merino, and Selah's bulky BFL. Love Fall, bright, boyish, GN colors (any of those, LOL). Purple is fine; I walk the thin line of gender neutrality when it comes to Logan (he's got a soaker in the works in Zen's Lufaloo, if that tells you anything! Wink

) I'd love 8 oz of one colorway, or 6 oz/2 oz trim for longies.

For fillers... Stitch markers, tape measures, wool washes, recipes, spices for spiced cider, potpourri, candles/tarts, cookie cutters (fall leaves, maybe?). I'm a girly girl, so anything girly & fun (ponytail holders, fun headbands or barrettes, nailpolish wrapped up so it doesn't leak, LOL) is fine with me!

ETA...I am new to knitting, and also crochet. Smile

yarn preference: no peace fleece (not because i dislike it because i work with it EVERY day...lol), 100%wool .... I love targhee and BFL and BBR (but getting 8oz of that for 30 is a stretch ...lol)

colorway: fall colors are great....bright and bold....something with black or deep brown is really nice

stuff inside: nothing nothing that can melt as I live in phoenix area and if my mailbox wasn't metal it would melt and because it is metal...well....you get it.... i am NOT girly usually at all and I rarely knit....and i don't mind if the items seem really random

Likes and dislikes - Like colorway w/ trim (6 oz main to 2 oz trim) All 8 ounces of a colorway is good too. LOVE gender neutral. But, no peace fleece or anything remotely scratchy please! Also no fishermans, patons, lion brand, or thick and thin. Prefer wool no mohair blends please too.

My favorites to name a few are are BFL Aran or Bulky, Worsted weight merino (true worsted), & 2 ply targhee only please.

Anything else we should know - I love EARTHY tones they are my fave to dye and to work with lol. Deep Purple and Blue are my favorite colors but I like yarns dyed with 4 colors preferably. Ok I'm not too picky am I Embarassed

Likes and dislikes - Worsted or Aran wt. wool please....I have plenty of purewool and peace fleece. No single ply...well, maybe with the exception of Galenas. I'm having a baby boy in Nov, so I'd prefer something gn or boyish. I don't need any wool wash or jewelry....I like food and clean scents, no incense-type scents. I need another size 7 and size 8 16" and 40" circ. I love stitch markers...need to fit at least a size 8 needles. I also need another set of Chibi tapestry needles. I'm not allergic to anything... Umm...I love teas, coffees, chocolate, etc.
