Great with email communication, very sweet mama! The 1st item was considered a second due to a sewing machine breakdown. I opted to get a 1st quality and had to wait a while for the item to be complted but I also gave her the ok to take her time as I was in no rush. SHe did have it completed and sent to me at my requested time, before the baby
