Great CS! Life got busy for me with 2 spirited boys and a dh who was deployed and by the time I got around to buying Christmas gifts, it was too late to order a waldorf doll in time for Christmas everywhere I looked. I took a chance and emailed Joyce to see if she had time to squeeze in one more custom for my ds and she did. I really appreciate her taking the time to fit me in at such a busy time for her as well. Communication was excellent and she made sure to ask questions to be sure she understand exactly what I wanted for the doll.

Product review:

The doll turned out so well!! So much character and he looks a lot like my ds (which I had wanted). Everything was just as I had requested. Both of my boys enjoy playing with him.

I can't praise Joyce enough for her Customer Service. I ordered our pig at the end of March, and it was lost in the mail. I let Joyce know and she sent a replacement out right away, no questions asked. She was very kind through out the whole thing, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from her again!

Our little pig is so adorable! Very cute and super sweet. The picture didn't do it justice.

Shipping was lightning quick, once again. Joyce threw in the elephant with my order, which speaks volumes about the kind of person she is.

Product Review:
This mermaid was a gift for my 2yo niece.. she absolutely adores her! Everything is top notch. Colored hair like this, you really have to see to believe all the detail and depth. The elephant is super soft and cuddly, and is now a must for bedtime for my older son!

Excellent. Joyce is amazing to work with and a super sweet mom. We e-mailed back and forth to get everything exactly right for the doll. She even added a little scar on the babies tummy to match the one my DD has from a stomach surgery.

Product review:
For such a little doll, the details are just beautiful. Nothing was spared due to the dolls size (which is perfect for my 19 month old). The workwomanship is excellent. The piggy is just too cute and the moses basket is beautiful. Thank You for such a lovley addition to our family and will do business again with this WAHM!!!

Customer Service:
Joyce was incredibly prompt with questions in order to discern what I wanted, and with the answers when I emailed her. She was also very empathetic and kind, which isn't a necessity for good customer service, but is important when you have superb customer service!

Product Review:
This was the most well-crafted, and lovingly-made toy I have ever purchased for my son. When I asked for the doll's hair to be black, like my son's, Joyce said it would be difficult, but when I opened the box, there he was! Black hair, and moss-brown/green eyes! I almost cried. My son won't let "dolly" go, and keeps thanking me for his "bootiful dawly". I can't wait for my infant to get old enough to have a Joyce-made doll!

Absolutely gorgeous! We are in love with this doll. My daughter has not yet opened it because I am saving it for her birthday on July 10th... She will be SOO EXCITED as she had seen it on HC when i was browsing and noticed it looked just like her imaginary friend "Butterfly".
