Customer service: Awesome. Courtney worked with me on the scents that I like and don't like and was always prompt with emails and kept me up to date at all times.

Product review: The massage oil is gently scented, and wonderful to use. It is great for my son with incredibly dry skin. I use the room spray to freshen up our linens and it is very pleasing and gentle as well. The soaps are wonderful. We use them daily, we being my dh, myself and my two children. The kids look forward to using a new soap when the old one runs out and love the different scents. They've even gone so far as to show them off to company. They've made bath time a lot of fun and I would (and have) ordered from her again.

Product review:
The lip balm is so yummy and the soap has a nice fresh but not over powering scent. Leaves my skin so soft. The lip balm works wonders on dry lips!

Product review:
The Go Mojo Go soap did exactly what it was supposed to and it a very nice exfoliator too! I love the coffee soap. The scent is not very strong at all, just enough to wake you up!

Customer service:
I have e-mailed Courtney several times. She spoke of problems with her PO. However the PO issues were brought up on the HC forums BEFORE my order. So she could have shipped else where. I asked for the DC #
which was never found.

On August 4, Courtney said she would remake and resend the soaps. At this time I have received nothing. I waited until I only had 2 days left to file with paypal and could not wait to file any longer. I will come back with follow up feed back, hopefully with a report of receiving the soaps.


Product review: I wish I had a product to review. I hate having to leave negative feedback.
UPDATE:
On September 1, paypal ruled in my favor, with no response from the seller.

September 3, Courtney pmed me at HC saying the money was being transferred for the refund.

September 3, Courtney refunded the HC$ paid.

September 7, refund received.

When and where purchased: End of June/beginning of July, Fairy & Gnome

Specific item: Courtney and I traded products via PM here on HC. I was supposed to receive three of her spices (Guac, Dill & Garlic), in exchange for two tie dyed tee & prefold sets.

Customer service: At first I was in contact with her through PMs, but when I hadn't received the items in a timely manner and tried to ask her about them, communication stopped.

Product review: N/A

*Update as of 9/15- I received a package from Courtney with the spices, however, two of jars were broken in the package (Guac & Dill).

*Update 10/5- I received replacement spices today, however they were different spices than the ones I had ordered and had broken. I am unsatisfied because I ultimately did not receive what I had originally traded for, and when asked about this, Courtney replied that she could not remake the original spices.

I have sent 2 PMs via HC and responded to a complaint on another board to let Jayme know that the new spice mixtures are finished and I can send her more of the Guacca what if she will send me her adress. She has not reponded.
As to the replacement spices. I informed jayme that I could either return the money or send her alternate spices to replace the ones that broke in the first shipment. That the original ones were no longer available until next seasons harvest. She told me that alternate ones would be fine. I sent double what was originally ordered and some of my soap also. I have tried all I can to make up my end of the trade.

Specific item: 2 soaps

Customer service: Ordered and got a combined shipping invoice very quickly. After awhile, she posted about a Post Office issue and I sent her a PM asking if mine was included. She said yes since it fell in the order numbers missing. She told me she was sending out another set via Priority Mail. After a bit, I sent her a PM and she told me she wasn't at home and her DC numbers were there, she would return on August 18th, but I could contact my Post Office. Our post office will not help w/out a DC#. I contacted again 2 times via PM and all comminication for her end has stopped. Still no DC# for either package to at least prove that it was mailed.

Product review: I hate leaving negative feedback, but since communication has stopped I feel I need to. Cannot review product as it was never received.

Update - 9/10/2007- contacted and told that I was getting soap shipped to me, will send DC#, very nice PM. Will continue to update my feedback.

Update - 9/11/2007- received DC#, Post Office estimated delivery 2-3 days.

Updated - 9/18/2007 - package arrived today. They smell wonderful and packaged nicely! Package was shipped as stated on 9/11/2007 so it was the Post office fault it took so long and not the WAHM. I am totally willing to give Courtney a second chance order when she restalks some soaps!

Was very good at first, until I reported I never got the package. She still responded to all of my PMs, but each tiem was with a different reason as to why she could not get me the DC# for the package, which I was needing to give to the post amster at my PO who was trying to look into the lost package for me. I finally gave up trying to get the number after weeks of asking for it. Then Courtney PMed me to say she was remaking the order and the soaps were curing and she would send them when they were finished. I received another PM to say that the soaps were just about ready to ship and would shi pout asap. That was months ago and I have never received a package from her on this. I have had two other orders with F&G that went very smoothly.

Product review:
I cannot review as I do not have any products here, from the original package nor the replacement package.

** Update - Received my package today, September 20th. There were 10 soaps in the package (I had only ordered 5), which was nice/generous, but only one was the scent that I had ordered.

Communication great in beginning, then started to get spotty. Seller said item had shipped but was unable to get me a DC#. I initiated contact the last few times asking about her end of the trade (mine was sent and received sometime in July), and while the seller got back to me, each time she said she still needed to check on it.

Product review:
Unfortunately I have no product to review. As about 3 months have passed and I have not gotten the WAHM samples, I'm considering this trade closed. If the seller does come through, I will gladly revise my review. I hate leaving negative feedback, but I feel like I've exhausted my options.

ETA:
My samples arrived today, and they are really nice! They smell wonderful, and I'm looking forward to snitching a couple for myself to try out. There were also some full size bars, which I really did appreciate. Seller did pm me periodically to check if I'd gotten the samples, which I also appreciated. Thank you!

Seller has always responded to PM's. Seller advised that items had shipped on a 2 different occasions but was unable to provide DC #'s. Items were never received. I was advised that replacements would ship again on 10/6. I have not received a DC # for that shipment.

Product review:
I have no product to review. It's been over 3 months have and I have not received my end of our agreed upon trade. (My end was received at the beginning of July.) If I receive my products I will update my feedback.

Update 10/21: I have received my samples and they smell great! I hope to get a chance to use them soon.

8/10- She sent me a pm stating that she had gone out of town and had meant to mail my soaps before, but forgot them on the counter. She said she had brought extra supplies and would remake them while in KY.

9/6- Returned my pm asking where the soaps where and stated that she was sure she had mailed them and would look for the shipping receipt once she had unpacked her boxes from a move.

9/10- Returned my pm to say that she's not sure if they were mailed out or not, but that she's trying to catch up.

9/27- Returned my pm saying that she didn't know what happened to the other ones, but that the new ones were packaged and she'd mail them out by 9/29 and pm me with the delivery confirmation #.

10/8- Returned my pm saying that she had not mailed them, but they got mixed up with someone elses order and has now remade them and will be mailing them by tomorrow.

Product review:
I have nothing to review since I haven't received the items.

I will update this when I receive the soaps.

11/12- Received pp refund for value of swap. Issue resolved.
